If you want the most value out of the sale of your house and an agent who actually wants to ensure you choose the best home for your needs, look no further. We had seen a few ads from Rob and randomly saw him in Oakville and decided to make the switch from our former realtor to him and he has completely exceeded our expectations. Rob is not your average realtor. He thinks of every detail, his entire team including the professional organizers, stagers, assistants, movers, house cleaners, photographers were all amazing and the extras like droan footage and virtual tours and targeted advertising of our home resulted in a very satisfying selling experience. The fact that he is creating innovative ads on social media should tell you he is thinking outside the box and doing things other agents are not. He works really hard and has been incredibly honest. Even discouraging us from certain homes we thought we may be the right fit when they weren't. He could have just got the deal done, but instead he priortized finding the right place for us over a quick sale. If we ever move again, there is no question who we would hire.
